- Are these market statistics?
- No. Every number on this page is a primary-source figure from Foways itself: our actual engagement terms and three products we have shipped to production. None of it is borrowed from analyst reports or industry averages.
- What does "fixed scope, fixed price" mean in practice?
- We define exactly what we are building and quote a single price before starting. You pay 50% to begin and the remaining 50% only once it ships and works. Two iterations on every feature are already included, and running costs are passed through at cost with no markup.
- Do I really own everything at the end?
- Yes. On final payment you receive the full source code and all intellectual property, plus 30 days of support. There is no lock-in: no proprietary platform you depend on and nothing licensed back to you.
- Who actually writes the code?
- Our own senior team, in-house. We never outsource or offshore. We ship our own products and take only a few partner builds each year so each one gets that same senior attention.
